i. How do I request a report(s)
After purchasing the SmartSearch Report you will receive an email which will provide you a link to log in. Once logged in you will be requested to complete a questionnaire. Once you submit the questionnaire you typically will receive the report back within 48 hours.

ii. What if I want to request more than one report
If you purchased the Base Plan (up to 10 colleges) you can either submit them all at once, or at different times, just log back into the portal and request the college(s) you want at that time as long as you are within your allotted number of college requests. This holds true for the unlimited plan.
2. Security FAQs

i. What information do you collect
You can view our Privacy Policy here. We will NEVER ask for account numbers, social security number or other Personally Identifiable numbers. Do not send any personally identifiable information. We may ask for dollar values of your personal assets but never for the associated banking or account information.

ii. What if I forgot my password
At the sign-in page just click "Forgot Password" and we will send you a new password. If you continue to have issues just email us at support@pillar6college.com and we will do our best to help you out.

i. How long do I have to request a report?
For either our Base or Unlimited SmartSearch plans you have up to 1 year (365 days) from date of purchase to request reports.

ii. Do you offer different Plans?
Yes, you have two plans to choose from. First you have the BASE PLAN* for $199.00 which includes up to 10 reports or your Second option is the Unlimited Plan* where you can request as many reports as you choose for $275.00. To select the unlimited plan, click "Order Now" and you will be presented with an option to Upgrade from the Base Plan to the Unlimited Plan. For all plans reports must be selected within 1 year of purchase.

i. What if I can't find my log in information
Just email us from the email address you used to sign up for the program. Our email address is support@pillar6college.com

ii. What if I can't find a report I have already requested?
No problem, if you misplaced the report or accidentally deleted, just email us (at support@pillar6college.com) from the email address you used to sign up, let us know which report your looking for and we will send it your way again! It won't count against your base plan usage.

iii. Is there a Maximum number of reports I can request?
If you signed up for the base plan the maximum number of reports you can request is ten (10). If you would like to request more reports you can upgrade to our Unlimited Plan for just $76.00 more. Email us at support@pillar6college.com and we will send you a link to upgrade.
